During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended to 2-3 business days. We will notify you of any delays via email.

Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time of 3-5 business days.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations.

Domestic Shipping: Available to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are accepted.

International Shipping: Available to Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and European Union countries. International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75 within the continental United States.

International shipping rates vary by destination and package weight. All applicable customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package through our website or directly with the carrier.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your building management before contacting us.
